Supplemental Health Insurance
Open Enrollment for Supplemental Health Insurance (aka Cafeteria Plan) will have two enrollment options this year.
Supplemental Health insurance are payroll deducted policies provided by WMSD's Agent of Record, EBI/JTS. Supplemental policies include Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, etc.

Enrollment Options
Option (A) : Self-Service (Online) Enrollment will be accessible starting Monday February 1, 2021 and ending Friday February 12, 2021.
Option (B) : If you prefer to meet with an insurance advisor in person, EBI/JTS representatives will be on campus from Monday February 8th through Friday February 12th, 2021.
The Self-Service option does not open until February 1st, but once that date arrives you will be able to login with the credentials provided on page 2 of the attached WMSD Supplemental Insurance - Self Service Instructions.pdf

NOTE:
Payment of premiums for EBI/JTS policies must be paid prior to the month of coverage. Therefore, payroll deductions for supplemental policy premiums begin in March 2021. Coverage for policies within this enrollment period is 4/12021 through 3/31/2022.
Employees are not required to select any supplemental insurance policies, but are required to go through enrollment process (Option A or B) to review to select or decline. Also note, that any selected policies cannot be cancelled until the next open enrollment period begins. This is due to tax benefits available through payroll deduction (aka Cafeteria Plan). Employees will not be allowed to enroll for any payroll deducted insurance policies after February 12th without a "qualifying event."
